One of our two resorts located in the heart of the exciting city of Bangkok, Grand Tower Inn is situated in the bustling area of Rama VI (on Rama 6 road) near the expressway link system allowing easy and fast access to the centre of the city. The resort is also located very close to the world famous weekend market, Chatuchak which opens to shoppers from Friday to Sunday and offers wonderful bargains on an amazing selection of goods including, fine chinaware, wood carvings, silver, jewelry, handicrafts, many types of souvenirs and a myriad of other irresistible goodies including clothing, you won’t want to miss a visit to this unique weekly market, which when in Bangkok is a must “DO” event!

ACTIVITIES
As the resort is situated in the outskirts of the historical part of the city, it is a great base for learning more about Thai History. Within a short drive you will find the Royal Palace, Wat Pho (home to the famous reclining Buddha) the houses of Parliament, Sanem Luang Park famous for royal celebrations and annual kite fying festivals, and several well known universities. You are also within easy reach of Bangkok’s main downtown shopping and entertainment areas including Bangkok’s very special “China Town” where you can enjoy wonderful food whilst exploring this fascinating area.
