- Once your week is deposited into 7across / RCI system, you can contact 7across / RCI directly whose consultants will assist you in exchanging your vacation to their affiliated resorts.
- 7across / RCI will charge an exchange fee which differs depending on whether the week you choose is classified as a Domestic Region, Intra-Asia or International exchange. Please contact 7across / RCI directly for details of the respective rates.

- Once you finish your 7across / RCI exchange booking, 7across / RCI will send a confirmation letter to you within 2 weeks.
** A Holiday Owner cannot deposit or exchange through 7across / RCI, unless the management fee and any other related fees due in respect of his weekly period has been paid.**
** Please be reminded once the week is deposited into 7across / RCI, the deposited week cannot be withdrawn from Member’s account.**
